Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If these conditions are not met, we may be unable to process your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
